SHOP

Shipping and Receiving Specialist Job Description / Responsibilities: Accurately manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Ensure all shipping and receiving data into the company’s database is entered in a timely fashion and accurately. Scanning and filing shipping paperwork. Responsible for organizing and scheduling freight deliveries. Utilize forklifts to move products through the shop and load shipments. Process shipping requests and produce shipping labels for the day's shipments. Transport products, materials and supplies between our two locations. Follow all company safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment. Maintain a clean environment in assigned workstation. Qualifications: High School Diploma (preferred) 2-3 years of shipping and receiving experience (preferred) Can lift up to 50lbs repetitively.

2nd Shift - Vertical CNC Specialists for Hurco / Hard Cutting Machines Job Description: This position will require candidates with strong machining experience on both vertical and horizontal machining centers. We are looking for hard-working candidates excited to be a part of a team-oriented workplace. Responsibilities: Setup and program tooling required for each project Setup and tear-down workpieces and fixtures in machining centers Use required inspection equipment to verify finished workpieces meet requirements Communicate with programmers, toolmakers, and management on projects as required Qualifications: Experience with the use of measuring equipment, micrometers, calipers, etc. for inspection 2 years of experience running CNC machining centers Experience with CNC programming a plus

Moldmaker / Toolmaker Job Description: Candidates should have experience, be able to work as part of a team, have a positive attitude, and have strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with high cavity, stack, multi-shot, insert, tight tolerance, multiple action, and medical molds is desired. Duties/Responsibilities: Interrogate engineering documents applicable to project including Part Prints, Tooling Drawings, Electrical Schematics, etc. Use required equipment for inspection and verification of quality. Program and setup necessary equipment to produce mold components Communicate/Coordinate with various departments and management to meet or exceed customer requirements and deliveries Assembly/Disassembly and final fitting of molds Trouble-shoot/Debug and repair tooling issues

Horizontal Boring Bar Machinist Job Description: The Horizontal Boring Bar Machinist position will require a candidate with strong machining experience on boring mills or horizontal boring mills. We are looking for hard working candidate excited to be a part of a team-oriented workplace. Responsibilities: Receive instructions and work orders from the CNC Supervisor and Tooling Operations Manager Plan and understand requirements for proper tooling, perform checks and adjust processes as required, while maintaining tolerances Handle material to and from work area, within department, using a jib, overhead crane or other material handling equipment, as required Refer to drawings, sketches, manuals, charts, and process sheets Ensure specification conformance of product, process and workmanship and documents findings on personal computers and/or other data acquisition devices as required Perform de-burring operations with miscellaneous hand tools Perform checks on equipment to maintain efficient and safe operations and reports and deficiencies Check fluid levels, add coolant, and change external air filters as required. Report low oil levels Keeping work area safe and clean Qualifications: 3+ years of CNC Operator and Programming Experience Experience operating a boring mill or horizontal boring mill is required Must be capable of working with tools range from various sizes and types of horizontal and vertical boring mills, boring bars, clamps, fixtures, angle plates, CNC equipment perishable tooling, chucks, dies, grinders, sanders and various hand tools (i.e. wrenches, pliers, etc.), measuring and test equipment (i.e. Versa and height gauges), personal computer and/or other data acquisition devices (i.e. bar-coding and DataMyte)

CNC Programmer Job Description: This position will require candidates with strong programming experience with 3 and 5 axis vertical CNC machines. Knowledge of plastics injection molds is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right individuals. We are looking for hard-working candidates excited to be a part of a team-oriented workplace. Responsibilities/Skills: Programming for electrodes, steel, and mold bases Knowledge and understanding of Power mill/Autodesk and Creo/ProE or the willingness to learn. Manipulating CAD models for programming Designing and programming electrodes Program 3 and 5 axis vertical machines Ability to work with tight tolerances Are detail-oriented and meticulous in their work Communicate/Coordinate with various departments and management to meet or exceed customer requirements and deliveries. 2nd Shift - Wire EDM Specialist Job Description: This position will require candidates with strong machining experience on EDM Wire machining centers. We are looking for hard working candidates excited to be a part of a team-oriented workplace. Responsibilities: Setup, program and operate all Wire EDM machines to Dynamic Tool Corporation standards Read engineering drawings and use necessary measuring devices to produce or modify existing tooling, new tools, or old tools Able to understand and perform to quality standards, methods, usage of inspection devices and reporting as required Determine/modify machine parameters to maximize machining efficiency Repair or request replacement parts, tooling or hardware as needed Communicate with project managers and toolmakers as to procedures and job status Maintain good attendance and flexibility as work priorities may change Qualifications: Experience with the use of measuring equipment, micrometers, calipers, etc. for inspection 2+ year Wire EDM experience

ENGINEERING / DESIGN

Mold Design Engineer Job Description: Requires a candidate with strong plastic injection mold design experiences. We are looking for a candidate with good leadership skills. These skills will be needed when working with customers, toolmakers, & design apprentices. The engineering department is a fast-paced environment, so good organization and communication skills are a must. Responsibilities and Duties Design projects from concept thru final details. Interaction with customers. Communicate with project managers and the toolmakers. Knowing and understanding manufacturing processes. Qualifications and Skills 3D software experience. (Creo experience preferred) 2D software experience. (Autocad preferred) Ability to take a mold design from concept thru fully detailed drawings Experience in unscrewing, multi-shot, stack, and high tolerance molds Good communication and organizational skills

Program Manager The Program Manager position will require a candidate with a strong understanding of injection moldmaking. We are looking for experienced hard-working candidates looking to be a part of a team-oriented workplace. Responsibilities: Single point of contact for his/her customer accounts Providing and preparing estimates and quotations for customer’s projects Represent the bridge between the customer and internal engineering and manufacturing operations Monitor program progress throughout manufacturing process Lead meetings and/or presentations with customers and internal teams Being responsible for customer’s projects including tool builds, qualifications, and sampling Interact with internal and external engineering, purchasing, manufacturing and sales team members Identify manufacturing cost savings opportunities, from an internal and external perspective Develop and implement corrective actions plan when deviations from budgets and/or schedules are evident Occasional Travel for projects, corporate events, and/or other events as needed Attend weekly Sales Meetings Understand the principles and methods of sound injection mold engineering and manufacturing from start to finish Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 5+ years of “on the bench” injection mold manufacturing experience or equivalent - Strong Leadership and management skills Experience interacting with, and leading other departments on a project Plastic Injection molding experience (preferred) Proficient in MS office applications: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc Strong verbal communication and writing skills Strong negotiation / discussion skills Must understand the basic cost structure of a mold to create customer quotations

Administrative Specialist Job Description: Dynamic Tool Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to provide essential support to our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel as needed. Schedule meetings, and travel arrangements for executives or team members. Maintain office supply inventory Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents. Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and materials. Coordinate office events, such as training sessions or staff meetings. Perform data entry, manage databases, and update records. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Business Development Assistant Job Description: The Business Development Assistant (BDA) is responsible for assisting members of the sales team including Business Development Specialists and Program Managers, ensuring that work is being fully completed, in a timely manner. The BDA role will require strong organizational and interpersonal skills Responsibilities: Work with Business Development Specialists and PMs to assist in formatting quotes based on information gathered from the sales team. Assist sales team in formatting quotes Entering New Jobs into our system Assist in reviewing contracts and NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements). Manage NDAs in proper file folders/spreadsheet. Assist in formatting PowerPoint proposals and presentations to customers. Gather/prepare needed information for weekly sales meetings.
